Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on dreamystore.eu. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
1. About Us
Dreamy Store is an independent online shop selling handmade and K-pop merchandise, operated as an unregistered sole trader based in Valencia, Spain. Contact: [email protected]
2. Products
Many of our products are handmade or limited-edition. Product photos aim to represent items as accurately as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of the goods. Minor variations between pieces are a normal characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. Once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email, a binding contract is formed between you and Dreamy Store.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and fully refunded.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.
5. Shipping
We ship from Valencia, Spain. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days of payment confirmation. Handmade items may require additional preparation time, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier. Dreamy Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply upon arrival. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you. Any re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
We will accept a return or replacement request in the following cases:
- The item arrived visibly damaged
- The item has a production defect
- The wrong item was sent
To open a claim, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days with a proposed solution, which may include a replacement or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Claims submitted after 14 days of confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
7. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products. If you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal, please contact us before returning anything.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on dreamystore.eu, including product photos, graphics, and text, is the property of Dreamy Store or its suppliers and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dreamy Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
